From there, we screen up to 1,000 applicants per role. Each candidate goes through skill assessments, multiple interview rounds, and reference checks. By the time they reach you, they’ve already cleared every filter.

It depends on the position, responsibilities, and experience needed. Each candidate sets their own expectation of salary which can be negotiated before onboarding. We find that most positions get filled for $800-$1200 per month.

What countries are your talent from?

After hiring in the Philippines, India, Mexico, Argentina, Russia, and countless other countries, we found Indonesia and LatAm (Argentina, Mexico) to be the best.

All our talent live in these two areas - we find them to have the best balance of affordability, English speaking skills, work ethic, loyalty, and smarts.

How do you ensure candidates have relevant certifications or
experience?

We verify credentials and test technical proficiency before shortlisting. Many hires hold degrees in accounting or certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA.

Is this for full-time hires only?
